The real estate is the factory, warehouse, operating house and auxiliary works located in the Investment Project to expand the Porcelain Factory of Long Phuong Company Limited.

The real estate is a complex of newly invested industrial works in accordance with the approved objectives in Decision No. 143/QD-UBND dated March 15, 2018 and Decision No 752/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2019 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, specifically as follows:
Project objectives:
- Investing in building and expanding factories to produce ceramic products: high-end household porcelain (bowls, plates, teapots, etc.) and fine art products (vases, porcelain paintings, ornamental vases, etc.)
- Investment in production lines and equipment: Cup production line; enamel coating line, spray dryer, hydraulic flat product production line, high-end household ceramic bowl and plate production line.
- Investing in the construction of product showrooms, factories, warehouses and other auxiliary works (parking lots, gates, fences, roads, wastewater treatment systems, electricity and water supply, etc.)
- Factory and warehouse rental for electronic production; electronic product components; signal receivers (rubber), plastic trays, plastic cups; gas cups and packaging (The factory rental unit must comply with the purpose of use as determined by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in Document No. 3459/UBND-TNMT dated September 27, 2019).
Quality: the project is newly invested and constructed, using materials and technology that meet industrial quality standards; items are constructed according to approved drawings and designs.
Current status of infrastructure works and services related to real estate
The project has completed synchronous technical infrastructure items including: internal traffic roads, rainwater drainage system, wastewater, clean water supply, electricity and lighting, wastewater treatment tank, transformer station, and trees. The works have been accepted as completed in accordance with current regulations.
