The program was organized by the Bac Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation, with the participation of high-ranking leaders such as the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly – Do Van Chien, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Minister of Health – Dao Hong Lan, along with many National Assembly delegates and leaders of provincial departments and agencies. During this Tet gift-giving event, the delegation visited and presented gifts directly to:

  • Members of the Association of Revolutionary Fighters who were captured and imprisoned by the enemy.
  • Poor households, near-poor households, and people in difficult circumstances in wards and communes such as Kinh Bac, Dao Vien, Chi Lang, and Phu Lang.

In total, 86 gift packages were given to revolutionary members who were captured and imprisoned by the enemy, and 200 gift packages were given to needy families, with a total value of 286 million VND.

This activity is deeply humane, contributing to the beautiful tradition of "drinking water and remembering the source," while also creating spiritual motivation for people to enthusiastically welcome the traditional Lunar New Year.
