JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in and prepare meeting minutes and Board of Directors resolutions related to the Company's operations.
- Advise on legal issues arising in business operations for the Departments/Divisions/Sections of the Company and its member companies.
- Participate in appraising, drafting, reviewing, editing contracts and documents of enterprises and checking the legality and legality of enterprise transactions.
- Participate in developing framework contracts and sample contracts as required by the Department/Division/Section of the enterprise.
- Review and draft internal documents of the enterprise (policies, regulations, rules, procedures, instructions, etc.). Research, draft and complete the Company's legal documents and be responsible for the necessary licenses/legal documents in the Company's operations (including certificates, sub-licenses, etc.);
- Work, draft internal documents, reports to state agencies as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Support Departments/Divisions/Sections in handling, negotiating, and working with partners and customers on legal issues.
- Systematize and update legal documents related to business activities of enterprises. Timely disseminate newly issued legal documents and policies so that enterprises can promptly grasp and apply them.
- Participate in giving opinions on draft legal documents and making recommendations to state agencies in developing and amending policies and legal regulations related to the production and business activities of enterprises.
- Consulting on preparing legal documents, participating in resolving/litigating disputes arising from rights disputes between businesses and third parties (if any).
- Risk management, risk identification and assessment ensure compliance with the Group's risk management framework.
- Advise and propose control solutions to minimize risks of the Company and the Group.
- Participate in handling tasks within the functions and duties of the Legal Department.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department and the Company's Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
